Matthew, I sounds like you have a good plan. Many old fiberglass boats are simply trashed at the stage yours is in. But, with a good plan, research, and lots of experienced advice, you can rebuild it good as new. p.s. In the water by Christmas? In Canada? I get a chill just picturing that.
