My 12 footer is really a fun boat to get out in white caps. I dare do it now as I did it when I was a kid the the boat is very stable. It gets on on top of the white caps at around 30 plus and when I had the mark 30 on it would leap from about every other cap pushing the speedo to about 35 mph every time it hit the water. Always and still is very stable at speed on straightaways but very jumpy in high speed corners. Now with the mk 55 on and the custom double pitch 13 prop I do all my fun running in the straights and just slow down for the corners. Gettin to old for all the jumping and pounding in the corners. I would be you could go an inch higher in pitch on your 35's if you were alone in the boat, but then it would bog down with a load of people. Does your 14 footer corner like I describe on the 12 footer????
