Molten Chocolate Cakes

1 cup sugar
2 T cornstarch
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chopped
1 stick of butter diced
3 eggs
3 egg yolks

Whipped cream or ice cream

Butter and flour about 6 cup cake spots.  Whisk sugar and cornstarch in a bowl.  Melt butter and chocolate over low heat stirring constantly.  Cool for 10 minutes.  Add sugar mixture to the chocolate mix and whisk until smooth.  Whisk in eggs one at a time, then whisk in the yolks.  Fill cup cake spots about 2/3's full, you may have extra batter, so have a few extra spots ready to go.  Bake in a preheated 350 oven for about 25 minutes.  I would check at 20, you want the middle to be very soft. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
