My latest acquisition, a 1957 Crestliner Buccaneer 15 Model 610. Got her for $500 on Craigslist. Came with a running 1988 45HP oil injected Mercury electric start Classic 50 outboard with 6 gallon fuel tank, Minn Kota 765mx PowerDrive bow mounted trolling motor, Cannon downrigger, and Humminbird LCR 4ID fishfinder. The homemade trailer that was under it when I bought her was crap, sos I put her on my 1997 ShoreLand'r. Pulled the motors for the winter. Future plans call for tightening the loose bow eye, soda blasting the 4 coats of peeling paint, redoing the seat wood, redoing the wiring rats nest created by the previous owner, redoing the steering cable, and mounting a jack plate on the transom (previous owner bolted a board to the transom to mount the long shaft outboard).

HomerSkiff,
Thanks compadre. Your Buccaneer pretty nice too.
I was stationed at Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage from 83 to 88. Went backtrolling for kings a few times on the Kenai, I got skunked and my wife caught a 54 pounder. Had a Coleman square stern canoe with a 4 hp Mariner outboard I took on the lakes behind the base and up near Palmer, would have been nice to have had the Buccaneer back then.
