Thought I'd post a few pictures from last summer. This is "General Sherman", a 57 Viking Speedster that my wife and I fixed up 13 years ago. We first stripped off all of the paint, and polished it up. Decided we liked the shiny look so we never painted it. Built a cushy interior from scrach, beefed up the transom, and put on a quiet dependable 4-stroke engine. It is our do everything boat, and gets used nearly every summer weekend. Anyway, last summer, we decided to try pulling the "Doublemint Twins". My wife and her sister, (who are from both ends of the same decade as the boat). The setup worked well once we could get them to stop giggling and hold onto their ropes.
