Your fine Web site helped me a great deal with my 14' Commodore.  I had to remove about six layers of paint on the inside and out.  The two side keels were repaired using 1/8" thick pieces of flat plate riveted to the sides of the keels.  I should have included an image of that repair as it works quite well.  New seats, transom and paint.  Now I have a boat with style that you just can't buy today.  I collect old outboards so this boat is ideal for me.
