Here are pics of the 1961 Starcraft Viking 16’ Runabout I restored this summer.  I stripped her down to the bare aluminum and used Easypoxy to give her back her color.  I lucked out and found the original soft-top and windshield.  The outboard I have for her is a 1958 Evinrude big twin 35 horse that is being cleaned up and tuned up as we speak.  In researching the boat I noticed that there are NO Starcraft sites or any pictures of vintage Starcraft boats out there.  To me this boat is every bit as much a classic as the Crestliners and early glass boats, I am curious why its so tough to find catalogs and pics of them.  Any thoughts?

Thanks for producing a great site; I enjoy looking at all the photos of restored classics!
