Greetings Crestliner lovers,
I found the hull in a "collector's" back yard, full of water,
rotted wood floor and seats, and he was going to cut it up for scrap
aluminum - enter Don the Restorer: In addition to gutting and rebuilding
the interior, replacing the non-functioning steering, and new paint
(to match my '89 F150 that I've had since new) I also extended the
transom
to accommodate a long-shaft 40hp motor.
Next step is recovering the foam seat cushions and creating new ones
for back rest cushions.Unfortunately, I don't have digital photos
of the original. Enjoy!
Don
