1957 Crestliner Commodore

I got this boat from a lady in shawneehills ohio I went to
her house to move her washer and drier for 50.00 I saw the boat in the back
yard and ask about it she said it was her dads and had not been used in 15
years since he passed away (which I cound believe since there were small
trees growing in it! So we struck a deal which shed give me the boat if I
moved the stuff for her I went back the next week dug it out of the yard and
then pressure washed it removed all the old wood bow cover ect... Well
about 80 hours of scubbing with dawn soap and 00 steel wool then I took a
high speed buffer to it painted the bottom redid the seats and dash and I
was on the water!

I have never been out when somebody hasn't stopped me on
the water or came up at the dock and ask what year it was and told me how
cool they thought it was I am know in the process of putting a steering
system and controls on it along with a bigger motor if you know anyone that
has knowledge of the center cockpit cover and or a windsheild please have
them get ahold of me

I found your website to be a very helpful wealth of
info I never thought id own a crestliner but now that I do it will become
something I will pass on to my son. Thanks again
