I found this motor last Saturday morning at the local marina- traded even up for a jet pump I didn't want. Yes it runs. 1957 Merc Mark 30 in original Sarasota blue.
That afternoon, I found this 1957 Commodore 14' at a friend's island cabin (under a tarp & surrounded by bamboo); someone gave it to his son years back & the son didn't want it anymore. I offered $500; SOLD!
I was more than happy to help them "get rid" of it!

PS There is a winshield that goes along with this boat I won't be using- the guy that was looking for one- pm me

Great looking set up. Boat looks in straight original shape. The mark 30 will be great on it. I run a mark 30 tiller on my commadore speedster, and it is a great combination. Most of us can't get that lucky to find all that in one day! _________________ 56'Voyager,54'commadore ,55' bucaneer,59' Alumacraft,54'Duracraft,61'Naden,Dozens and Dozens of outboards. |
